1. Scope and contact
This policy applies to the public website at tolainikenterprises.com and to company, service and career-interest inquiries directed to TOLAINIK ENTERPRISES, LLC. Separate notices or agreed terms may apply to a later business engagement or a formal recruitment process.
For privacy questions, contact support@tolainikenterprises.com. The company's contact address is 201 ENGLISH OAK DR, RINCON, GA 31326.
2. Information you choose to provide
You may choose to send your name, email address, business details and the contents of an inquiry by email. A career-interest inquiry may include a short account of your skills, work preferences or availability. Please provide only information relevant to the question you are asking.
The contact form collects your name, email address and inquiry, plus a mobile number if you choose to provide one. It records only the optional communication choices you explicitly select. The website has no account-registration, application-upload or payment form. Email links separately open your own email application. Do not send identity documents, banking details, passwords, health information or confidential business records in an initial inquiry.
3. Website and technical information
This website is designed to operate without advertising trackers, third-party analytics, embedded social feeds or cross-site tracking cookies. Its role filters and expandable sections work in your browser without sending those selections to the company. The contact form uses a short-lived, necessary security cookie to protect submissions; it is not used for advertising. The copy-email control writes the published contact address to your clipboard only when you select it; it does not read your clipboard.
When the website is hosted, the hosting infrastructure may process ordinary connection information, such as an IP address, requested page, browser information and request time, for delivery, security and troubleshooting. The nature and retention of those records depend on the deployed hosting configuration. We do not use technical connection records as a marketing preference.
4. Why inquiry information is used
Information supplied in an inquiry may be used to understand and respond to the question, discuss a possible business requirement, clarify interest in a role, maintain relevant correspondence, protect against misuse and meet applicable legal obligations. A preliminary discussion does not create a business engagement or employment relationship.
Information received for one purpose should not be treated as consent for an unrelated purpose. A service or career inquiry does not enroll you in marketing or create an account.
5. Sharing and service providers
Information may need to be processed by hosting, email or other service providers used to deliver the website and handle correspondence. Relevant information may also be disclosed when required by law, to address a security incident or to protect legitimate rights. Any sharing should be limited to the information needed for the relevant purpose.
We do not sell or rent personal information for third-party marketing. Service providers may process inquiry information only for the services they provide on our behalf, and may not use it for their own marketing.
Communication choices and mobile information
Giving a mobile number does not by itself authorize text messages. The contact form offers a separate, optional checkbox, unchecked by default, for text replies from TOLAINIK ENTERPRISES, LLC only about the inquiry you submit. It does not authorize marketing, unrelated notifications or messages from other senders. You can send an inquiry or purchase services without choosing text replies. Message frequency varies with your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented or transferred to other senders, or shared with third parties except service providers acting solely on our behalf to support the requested communication. They may not use it for their own marketing. These restrictions take precedence over general sharing language in this policy.
When the form is submitted, we save your inquiry, the mobile number you provide, your affirmative or negative choice, the submission time, form address and the version of the disclosure and policies presented. Technical evidence includes the browser information and connection address supplied by the website infrastructure. Records are stored privately, outside the public website, and can be retrieved by authorized operators. Consent records are retained as needed for applicable legal obligations and at least until you withdraw consent; necessary historical evidence may remain after withdrawal.
Your confirmation includes a reference and withdrawal code. Use them in the Contact page's “Manage a saved text preference” control to withdraw that inquiry's saved text consent. If you receive text replies, reply STOP to stop or HELP for help. You may also contact support@tolainikenterprises.com. The form records your inquiry and choices; it does not itself send text messages. Read the communication terms.
6. Retention and security
Correspondence should be retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry, a related agreed engagement, legal requirements or legitimate security needs. No fixed retention period is promised by this website. You can contact us with a deletion or retention question.
Internet and email communications cannot be guaranteed completely secure. Limit the sensitive information you send and ask about an appropriate handling method before sharing confidential material. No security certification or absolute security guarantee is claimed here.
7. Your requests and choices
You may contact us to ask about personal information you have supplied, request a correction, request deletion, or raise an objection to a particular use. Applicable rights and any permitted exceptions depend on the circumstances and the relevant law. We may need proportionate information to understand a request and verify that it comes from the appropriate person.
Please use the subject “Privacy request” and describe what you would like us to review. Do not include identity documents in your first message. You can also choose not to send an inquiry or to provide only the minimum information needed to ask a question.
8. Career-interest information
The Careers page presents draft role profiles, not confirmed vacancies. Its inquiry links prepare an email; they do not submit an application or confirm receipt. Before sending a résumé or detailed personal information, ask whether an appropriate opportunity and application process are available. Do not include confidential information belonging to a current or former employer.
9. Children and external services
This website is intended for business information and career-related inquiries, not for use directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has sent personal information through an inquiry, contact us so the matter can be reviewed.
Your email application and any external website you choose to visit operate under their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control those independent services.
10. Policy changes
This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the website, its handling practices or applicable requirements. The date at the top indicates the latest revision. Material changes to a specific service or information-collection process may require an additional notice before that process is used.
